F45's programming isn't random. It's structured in three phases specifically designed to optimize physiological adaptation and prevent plateaus. Our exercise scientists design each phase to build on the last.

01
Base Phase
Foundational period establishing a strong aerobic base, enhancing movement competency, and improving overall work capacity. Moderate intensity with emphasis on proper technique.

Build Phase
Increased training load and complexity. Develops strength, power, and lean muscle mass through progressive overload. Intensity and volume gradually increase to stimulate further adaptation.

Peak Phase
Maximizes performance outcomes by refining skills and optimizing power output. Volume is carefully managed to ensure peak readiness and prevent overtraining going into competition or goals.
