F45 Training combines elements of high-intensity interval training (HIIT), circuit training, and functional movement into a 45-minute group class. Our innovative workouts are science-backed, technology-led, and specifically developed to build lean muscle tissue and improve cardiovascular health.

With more than 5,000 different movements specifically developed by our global athletics team, no two workouts are ever the same โ€” keeping members challenged, progressing, and having fun. Each workout incorporates cardio, resistance-based strength training, or a hybrid of both, all geared toward everyday functional movement.

At F45 Domain Austin, every session is coach-led. All of our coaches are certified personal trainers who safely modify each movement to every member's individual needs. You're never left guessing what to do or whether you're doing it right.

Do I need to be in shape to start?
Not at all. Every workout is scalable and coaches provide modifications for every movement. Most people are surprised by how welcoming the environment is, regardless of fitness level. Just show up.
What should I bring to my first class?
Water, a small towel, and athletic shoes. Arrive 10-15 minutes early so your coach can walk you through the session before class starts. We have everything else you need.
How often should I train?
Most members train 3-5 times per week. Our programming is structured in Base, Build, and Peak phases specifically designed to balance intensity and recovery so you can train consistently without overtraining.
Is every class the same?
Never. F45 has over 5,000 unique movements in its programming library. Cardio days, strength days, hybrid sessions โ€” you'll never do the exact same workout twice.
